Welcome to a tranquil journey of contemplative practice at our mini day retreat.
Join retreat leaders Molly Hicks and Andrea White for a half day of community acupuncture and reflective music.
Bringing our individual intentions, we will come together in a group to experience the power of connecting our energies with one another.
Molly and Andrea will welcome and guide attendees through introductions and a centering practice in preparation for acupuncture.
Gentle and supportive instrumental music will be used to ground the calming and relaxing experience of acupuncture.
Later, songs with lyrical themes of connection, growth, and wholeness will be offered
toward processing and integrating our time together, along with opportunities to share insights gained.
You are warmly invited to join in this in-person gathering of Alignment as a loving community of seekers of peace.

Regular fee: $85
Member fee: $60

Special fee for those who attended the December 2023 retreat: $45

Retreat Leaders

Molly Hicks

Molly Hicks is a member of Old Haverford Friends Meeting, where she is Clerk of the Worship & Ministry Committee. In her professional life, Molly is a music therapist and bereavement coordinator with Penn Medicine Hospice, serving grieving adults through individual counseling and support groups.

Molly has always felt drawn toward interfaith work and is especially grateful for the partnerships she has formed with local clergy and lay leaders over the years.

Molly uses music and other forms of creativity to connect with other people, with herself, and with God. She also believes in the value of the silence between the sound, as a space for us to reflect on our thoughts and feelings and any messages we might be receiving.

Andrea White

Andrea White is a Licensed Acupuncturist, intuitive healing enthusiast, musician, and self-care advocate. She is here to help us remember that each of us is worthy of love.

Andrea treats stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma with the trusted practices of acupuncture, meditation, and Traditional Chinese medicine. She helps people relax and find peace by supporting their bodies’ natural abilities to heal.

All of Andrea’s work is based on her personal experience that everyone is worthy of love, and that everyone is connected to and an integral part of something greater. Because of this she teaches extensively on spirituality and how the body works, how to follow your intuition, and how to take care of yourself and others.
